‘Endured Forms’ by Atelier af Burén

This series studies a seashell in intimate detail - Its beautiful patterns, shaped and strengthened by the relentless, wild ocean, enduring without decay.

The medium itself is both practical and philosophical: textured, layered surfaces built with clay, crushed seashells, and layers of paint, each depicts a metaphor for protection, resilience, and the quiet beauty of imperfection.

The series will be showcased at the beautiful, newly refurbished Gallery at 55, Hollywood Road in Chelsea, London.

We'd love to celebrate the exhibition with you on Thursday, 19 March, and to experience the works in person as this new body. of work unfolds .
